Chatravas exclusively offers a range of services, including bookings, seamless onboarding, intimation/vacate procedures, advance/deposit and rental payments, all overseen by the PG owners.

These terms and conditions are binding on all residents staying at the property (PG) managed by Branch Owners. Any infringement or violation of these rules constitutes a breach of the Resident Agreement made between the resident and Chatravas, and it may lead to Chatravas's right to terminate the agreement. Please be aware that these rules are subject to periodic updates at the sole discretion of Chatravas
