Chatravas exclusively offers a range of services, including bookings, seamless onboarding, intimation/vacate procedures, advance/deposit and rental payments, all overseen by the PG owners.

These terms and conditions are binding on all residents staying at the property (PG) managed by Branch Owners. Any infringement or violation of these rules constitutes a breach of the Resident Agreement made between the resident and Chatravas, and it may lead to Chatravas's right to terminate the agreement. Please be aware that these rules are subject to periodic updates at the sole discretion of Chatravas

It is essential to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the building, common areas, and individual rooms. Proper maintenance contributes to the safety and well-being of all residents. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• 1. At Chatravas, we foster an environment that promotes peace and harmony. We do not condone or encourage any form of fighting within the PG.
• 2. Ensure that pasting posters does not result in damage to the rooms or any other property areas.
• 3. Residents are kindly requested not to move any furniture or furnishings in the common areas of the house at any time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

• 1. Residents are accountable for ensuring that their rooms, bathrooms, and common areas within the premises, including reception, staircase, lounge areas, etc., are kept clean and orderly at all times. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean environment is greatly appreciated.

• 1. All food stored in rooms, common areas, or the pantry must be kept in suitable containers or securely wrapped to prevent access by insects or rodents.
• 2. Any stale, unfinished, or waste food should be promptly disposed of in the designated dustbins located in the pantry area.

• 1. All reservations must be made by individuals over the age of 18.
• 2. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in or upload soft copy on the website before check-in for seamless check-in.

• 1. Payment must be made in full upon check-in. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
• 2. Additional charges for services or damages will be collected as needed.

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not support cancellations, and a strict no-refund policy is in effect. Once a booking is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

• 1. Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
• 2. No smoking is allowed inside the building. Designated smoking areas are provided.
• 3. Illegal drugs, weapons, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• 4. Visitors are not allowed inside the PG/Hostel without Branch Owner Permission.
• 5. Employees working night shifts will be permitted to enter the PG during nighttime hours.
• 6. Guests are not permitted to enter the premises after 11 PM unless they have obtained prior permission by the Branch Owner.

• 1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lockers may be provided; please use them.
• 2. The hostel/PG is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• 3. The front door is locked at 11:00 PM. Please use the provided access methods.

• 1. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents.
• 2. The hostel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or medical expenses.

• 1. The hostel reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates these Terms and Conditions or exhibits disruptive behavior.

• 1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.

By making a reservation and checking in, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
